Shipping

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM PST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders will typically ship in 2-4 business days. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-5 business days). Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting us.

Transit times will vary based upon a few conditions, including but not limited to:

• Total distance between us and you
• Weather conditions
• Ground transportation delays

We only ship USPS at this time and only in the United States. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
